Anne Desiree Armanda Theotis is the Managing Partner of the firm and has over 28 years of distinguished practice as an Advocate. She is widely respected for her extensive litigation experience before all levels of the Zambian courts where she has successfully represented clients in complex and high value matters.
Complementing her courtroom expertise Amanda is also a seasoned Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner, serving as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Mediator. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is listed on both the local and international panels of the Lusaka International Arbitration Centre (LIAC) and CIArb.

Joy-Rachel Mutemi-Mondoka, Partner and Head of Theotis Mutemi Legal Practitioners Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, is a highly skilled attorney with over a decade of experience at the Zambian Bar. She has built a formidable reputation in civil and commercial litigation, banking and financial services law, corporate governance, and alternative dispute resolution.

Natasha Mutambo, Associate Partner and leads our Corporate Department with distinction. She is an extremely accomplished advocate of the Supreme Court with over 7 years extensive legal experience marked by her ability to navigate and resolve complex legal matters with exceptional proficiency.
She specialises in Tax Law however, her expertise spans diverse practice areas, including merges and acquisitions, corporate and commercial advisory, banking and finance, mining and construction, intellectual property and international trade.
Natasha successfully guides local and international clients through complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and structured financing arrangements. She also provides tailored legal solutions to businesses in key sectors such as energy, mining, construction banking and tourism.
